NVISIA was committed to growing more aggressively than they had in the past. The existing sales team was producing decent revenue volume. However, to achieve breakthrough growth, NVISIA realized they needed to find additional paths to revenue. NVISIA identified one option was through a Partnerships Program.
We built a partnerships strategy and execution framework including the sourcing and development of non-traditional partners. Those were partners that NVISIA’s competitors typically had not pursued. The objective was to create high-quality partnerships that would result in sales opportunities while providing joint solutions.
Sales Oxygen spearheaded execution of the partnerships initiative. Shortly after launching the program, 3 partnerships were accepted into the program. The partners accounted for more than $2 million in revenue in the first year. The metrics of those closed deals included shorter sales cycles and better profit.
